AdventSource / PlusLine will process registrations for the ASAM convention through June 25, 2009. All major credit cards are accepted. Please complete the online registration form with your personal information and registration details, print it, and mail it along with your certified check or money order made payable to AdventSource to:

All registrations must be received no later than noon Thursday, June 25, 2009.

On-site registration

If the event is not sold out, you may pay the $199 on-site registration fee with cash, credit card or money order made out to North American Division Family Ministries Department.
